As a lead software engineer in impetus, I have worked with various teams/groups and was also involved in some pre-sales POCs. Here my role is to leading team on technical front and groom them to take them on next level. Here I was responsible for

•	Managing and Leading server side team
•	Responsible for all client communication and overall delivery of team
•	Performing code review and design discussion
•	Requirement gathering from client and provide technical design, estimations for user stories
•	Leading the development of critical user stories  and helping team members on technical issues

During this tenure in impetus, I was involved with some big enterprise clients who have their big legacy systems in US financial reporting (close/compliance ) and  payment network domain. Here I have revamp some of the existing modules written in legacy technologies and also did some pre sales POCs.

As a Technical Lead, I was responsible for:

•	Provide design and architecture solutions to requirement & implementation.
•	Requirement gathering through client communication and scrum meetings
•	Providing estimations for user stories.
•	Implementation of solution and coding
•	Helping team members on technical issues
•	Coding and bug fixing
•	Reviewing code to maintain a good code quality across project

Worked on various projects and domains in this duration specially financial reporting using XBRL, iXBRL and supply chain related projects. Here I was responsible for 
•	Requirement gathering
•	Client Communication 
•	Designing Modules and features
•	Task estimation and planning
•	Development and coding

In my tenure in Kale Consultant, I have worked in aviation (proration) domain. Here I was involved in support and development of a leading proration applications COPS (Corporate Online Proration System). As a support engineer I was responsible for resolving and fixing the client's issues (defects) related to the application and related communication.
